Matthew grew up in Torrington, Connecticut, and graduated from Boston University with a degree in Business Administration, concentrating in Finance. A former Division I swimmer, Matthew credits the discipline and teamwork he developed in the pool as values that continue to shape his professional life today. Before beginning his career in wealth management, he shared his passion for the sport as a swim coach.

Outside of work, Matthew enjoys time with family and relaxing at Highland Lake. He’s also an avid runner, biker, golfer, and cornhole player, and appreciates moments of quiet balance. His close-knit family includes his mother, Lisa; his father, Jerry; his brother, Eric; and his sister, Krista, along with her husband, Ray.
